Expovorm International has won three awards at the World Exhibition Stand Awards, an international competition that recognizes excellence in exhibition stand design. With the stand created for Photonis Technologies, Expovorm won Bronze in the category “Best Modular Stand” and Silver in “Best Reusable Stand.” In that same category, Expovorm also secured the Platinum Award for the stand created for Kaemingk Season Decorations.

Photonis
Photonis participates in trade shows across multiple countries with varying stand sizes. Their wish was to have an exhibition stand that could be reused at different events while maintaining a consistent brand presentation. The stand was designed using Octanorm products and the expertise of their OSPI partners (Octanorm Service Partners International), making it modular, adaptable to different dimensions, and visually consistent.
The stand has already been used nine times, including at major exhibitions such as IDEX in Abu Dhabi, DSEI in London, and Eurosatory in Paris.
“We are extremely proud to have won two awards with this stand. The design meets all Photonis’ requirements and can be reused multiple times without wasting materials. It is a huge compliment that our work has been recognized and rewarded by the World Exhibition Stand Awards,” says Pauline Hilbrink, owner of Expovorm.
The collaboration between Expovorm and Photonis began three years ago when Expovorm won their tender. Photonis was looking for a new stand builder who could realize an open, modular, and fully customized exhibition stand. Expovorm competed against three other companies, but Photonis responded with just one word to Expovorm’s proposal: “Bullseye.”
“The design from Expovorm exceeded all our expectations. It is a light, open stand featuring a starry-sky ceiling as a reference to our night-vision products, and its components can be reused across different events. We are thrilled that Expovorm has won two awards at the World Exhibition Stand Awards with our stand,” says Martin Snijders, Marketing Communication Manager at Photonis.
